Measuring Procedure:

• Select the appropriate comb based on the approximate known thickness of the coating.
• Hold the comb perpendicular to the coated surface.
• Press the comb into the coating until it stands squarely on the substrate.
• The wet film thickness is determined by the highest coated step and the next (higher) uncoated step.
