The Indentation Hardness Tester is a versatile and portable tool designed for measuring the hardness of materials such as aluminum, aluminum alloys, copper, fiber-reinforced plastics (Glass Steel), non-reinforced hard plastics, and more. It operates by pressing a specially shaped pressure pin into the sample surface with standard spring pressure, with the hardness value determined by the indentation depth.

Features

  • Balanced positioning with digital display for accurate hardness readings
  • Simple calibration without the need for disassembly
  • High stability and detection accuracy
  • Portable one-hand operation for ease of use
  • Wide test range suitable for soft pure aluminum to hard aluminum alloys
  • Effective testing range equivalent to Brinell Hardness of 25~150HB
  • Capable of testing from one side of the sample without support
  • Barcol Hardness can be measured, with other hardness values calculable via experimental curves
  • Max hold function for recording maximum hardness reading
  • Auto or Manual Power Off feature for convenience
  • Battery strength indicator for monitoring power levels
  • Conforms to industry standards: ASTM B648-00, ASTM HD2583-07, GB/T 3854-2005
  • Bluetooth data transmission capability (adapter and software not included)
